We know that if you buy an original version of SalesCart you will be satisfied that it is the easiest to use Shopping cart product available at a reasonable cost and with virtually unlimited flexibility.  We are committed to working with you using our own servers to help you make it work.  As a result, we offer refunds on your original versions for our advanced product line SalesCart NET.

 

NOTE:  We do not offer refunds on SalesCart Express. You may not obtain a refund for those versions of SalesCart.  Please download a demo and Trial at this URL http://www.salescart.com/test.htm first, and review the product before purchasing. 

Refund Requirements

  1. Customer must provide a written letter delivered to us by US mail requesting the refund in writing and stating the reason for the refund along with a copy of the receipt, charge statement, or original SalesCart shipper. (Sorry neither fax nor email are permitted -- no exceptions)
  2. Customer must agree, in writing, to delete all SalesCart software from his/her computer and and any all computers or servers where the software is installed.
  3. Any software manuals or disks must be returned to us and shipping is to be paid by the person returning the software.
  4. Please allow 60 days for refund processing because of the time it takes to verify information and the time it takes to get the credit to show up on your charge statement.
  5. We ask that customers take advantage of our 30-days of free support hosting included with every purchase of SalesCart to see their shopping cart in operation on our servers and have valid support work orders to support their claim.
  6. Customers must make this claim within the first 30 days after purchase. There are no refunds after the 30 day period.
  7. Customer must provide the website address of the website that the SalesCart installation was intended for in the letter.
  8. Customer must have at least one valid technical support work order to ensure they at least tried in good faith to get the software to work.  This work order number must be included in the letter.
  9. The refund procedure stated herein is made a part of the sales contract between you and ComCity upon placing an order. Failure to follow these refund policies or any effort to circumvent them is in violation of our joint SalesCart contract between you (the purchaser) and ComCity (the licensee). In such circumstances, including, non-payment or bounced checks, ComCity will impose a 25% restocking fee to cover additional administrative costs.
  10. ComCity does not refund shipping charges or the hardcopy manual and CD charge if the product was shipped.  Customer is responsible for the hard copy and manual charge as a restocking fee.
  11. There is no refund offered for the basic SalesCart Express editions.  We also do not offer refunds on any product upgrades or secondary purchases from previous or earlier versions of our product where the obvious product workings would be apparent to the purchaser
