Most of the features of the Order Management System are self explanatory and
can be accessed from the Main Menu or Control Panel.
- Manage Orders: Allows you to review, update, track or notify customers of
fullfillment and manage Orders from a central pick and choose screen.
- Order Ranges: Allows you to delete orders or create labels for a long list
of Order Ranges.
- Summary Reports: Allows you to create Sales and Affiliate summary Reports.
- Marketing: Allows you to monitor shopping cart abandonment as well as send
target email promotions to past customers or prospects.
- Data Export: Allows you to create ASCII text files for export to accounting
systems or other data systems including ICVERIFY/VERISIGN traditional credit
card approval software
- Store Administration: Allows you to configure Taxes, Shipping Access, and
review current Store Settings.
- Affiliates: Allows you to configure affiliates or review Affiliate reports.
- Customer Login: The screen you send your customers to for logging in and
reviewing their orders.
- Affiliate Login: The screen you send your affiliates to for logging in and
tracking, establish affiliate tracking links or getting affiliate reports.
