Customer Control Panel

Your customer may retrieve and review past orders and check their fulfillment status based on fullfilment actions you've added to their order. The URL you give to your customer is http://www.yourwebsite.com/online/Customer/Customer_Login.asp. You may also review what your customer see's.

To review what your customer is able to review, from the Order Management Menu, click on Customer Login>>View Customer Control Panel. The Customer Control Panel Login should appear.

Logging In

Enter the customers ship-to email address and password to log in. There is a reminder function that allows your customer to get a copy of their password emailed to them. This password reminder is only emailed to the email address that matches in the database and is only sent via email to that email address. Once you log in, the Customer Control Panel option(s) are available.

Currently the only option available is to allow the customer to Review Past Orders. From the Customer Control Panel Menu, click on Review Past Orders>>Review Past Orders. This will present the Order Retrieval screen which is identical to the Order Retrieval screen that the merchant uses to pull up previous customers orders. However, this order retrieval screen will only pull up orders for this particular customer. Once the parameters are set for the particular orders to retrieve press the retrieve button. The All Orders screen shows up and displays All Orders meeting the particular criteria. Once again, this screen is identical to the All Orders screen the merchant is presented except that the only option available is the Review option. Click on the Review button Order button (Order management). The Review your Order screen is shown.
