ISP/WPP Partnership Program for SalesCart means that
you will now be able to offer your customers the most

Just provide a portal page hosted on your site that
describes the benefits of SalesCart E-commerce software
and link it to our special order form that allows you to
offer your customers all SalesCart products at a 20%
discount.
Requirements
- Agree
to the terms and conditions of the SalesCart Partner Agreement.
This condition may be waived upon agreement of both
parties but all other requirements and conditions
apply.
- Potential
partner
must agree
to host a Portal Page that will allow customers to order SalesCart
products directly from the Web Hosting Companies web
site via this Portal Page. This portal page must
be visible or linked to the Web Hosting Companies 2nd
tier or greater level Web Page. SalesCart agrees
that it will link back to this Web Page from our Web
site.
- Potential
Partner must provide us with a logo that is 100x50
pixels and a brief description (less than 200 characters) of the
company so that an alternative hyperlink on the SalesCart
partner page can be provided.
- Potential
Partner agrees
to periodically market and promote SalesCart Software to
its customers,
including but not limited to taking part in press releases
and E-mail notifications.
You must make all of your customers aware of
your support of SalesCart via at least one notice by
email or company bulletin.
- Potential
Partner must host at least one SalesCart site.
SalesCart support personal will test, review, and
certify this test site to ensure it is operating
correctly.
- Potential
Partner must host at least the equivalent of 3 class C
or more than 750 web hosting customers to qualify.

Platinum
Program - For initial 45 day period, ISP/WPP can offer
their customers
a 20% discount off their entire order.
After 45 day period, if
ISP/WPP provides ComCity with 10 or more SalesCart
orders per month, ISP/WPP
can continue to offer their customers a 20% discount.

Link to your ISP/WPP will be placed on our Recommended
Hosting Partners
Page.
Gold
Program - -
For initial 45 day period, ISP/WPP can offer their
customers a 20% discount off their entire order.
After 45 day period, if
ISP/WPP provides ComCity with less than 10
SalesCart orders per month,
ISP/WPP can offer their customers a 10% discount going
forward. A
text link to your ISP/WPP
will be placed on our Recommended Hosting Partners
Page.

NT
server administration, FrontPage administration, IIS

reject and/or terminate reseller agreements at any time
without cause and without refund upon 30 day written
