Priority support 1 1 (provided during normal business hours) provides e-mail based ticket support with a typical 1-4 hour response time.  We offer three support options to meet your support level requirements: single, advanced and semi-annual support options are available. Our support technicians will work closely with you to resolve any SalesCart  issues you may be experiencing.  Note:  Emergency programmer support (after hours level 2-3 support) is provided at the rate of 3 times the regular Advanced Support rate.  Purchase 3 incidents of Advanced support for each hour needed, call technical support and ask them to page a programmer.  If a programmer cannot be located to fix your problem within 24 hours, your money will be refunded.

  1 Regular Support contracts are limited to a single copy of SalesCart and a single Server implementation. If you need support for multiple server implementations contact sales and ask about our enterprise support options. Normal business hours from Monday through Friday. SalesCart was designed by ComCity.
2 i.e. per single error message, setting up your state tax percentage, altering billing rates, etc. An incident is defined as correcting a single issue from start to finish. Our support engineers have final determination of what a single incident is.

3 Standard Support is defined as products that are currently shipped and the functionality that we advertise as a part of the product. It does not include any custom programming or code-level debug for code-level modifications made by a customer
